It`s February and that, of course, means Valentines Day. Everyone searches for hearts in the park. How many will we find?

Practicing our opposites with the fingerplay `Open shut them`! Everyone especially enjoys the peekaboo part of the song.
「Open shut them」というてあそびではんたいことばをれんしゅうします！とくにいないないいばあのぶぶんをうたうのがすきなこどもたち。
 

 
It`s time for everyone’s favourite dance, `Head, shoulders, knees and toes`. All the children do very well and correctly identify each body part whilst dancing and singing.
みんなのだいすきなおどり「Head shoulders knees and toes」です。こどもたちは上手におどりながら、じぶんのからだをさわって認識している様子が見られました。
 

 
After reviewing vocabulary and dancing it`s time to practice counting with the song `Hickory dickory dock`.
「Hickory dickory dock」の歌に合わせて英語で数を数える練習の時間です。
 

 
We`ve learnt a lot today and there is much more to learn in the up and coming year but for now it`s time to say goodbye.
